Está muy cerca de metro y tren, en un barrio tranquilo y con muchas opciones para comer.
El dueño contesta muy rápido, en caso de que surja alguna duda.

location is not far from Kita-senju station (5 minutes) and many restaurants with cheap prices. Will stay again if we visit tokyo. Price is good for tourist.

立地が良かったです。学園側から歩いて近いですし
スーパーとコンビニ、ご飯屋さんは困らないです。
お風呂とトイレが別。あとはこの季節にしては部屋の中が暖かいです。
まず皆さんが口コミされているように、玄関から二階に上がる階段が狭いのと、玄関の扉を開けて、入室するまでに靴脱ぐのと荷物を抱えながらだと一苦労します...キャリー系はかなり大変かと。
そしてキッチン道具の既存のまな板が木製ですが、黒ずんでいて衛生的にもこわいです。スポンジは新しいのではなく、使用済みが置かれていたこと。カトラリー類も水滴が拭ききれてないような跡が全てにあったため、100均で必要なものは自分たちで揃えました。
テーブルの引き出しには何故か安全ピンの針が出たままのものが数個入っており、不気味でしたし危ないです。。。
あと1階フロアからの音漏れが大きく聞こえます。
ご飯食べるテーブルも2人で使用する想定でも配置含めてかなり食べづらいです。1人用のワーキングスペース程度のテーブルでした。
それに簡易の折りたたみの椅子です。
