Loved the location, the ease of access, the amenities, the simple and effective communication with the hosts; We felt we had a great stay throughout our short trip.
Maybe could've offered a dryer? Can't really think of much else. We had pretty much every base covered.

Cleanliness, ready-to-use Landry facilities
The bed mattress was not comfortable even after 1 night. We had to pull out the little folded mattress for my husband to use. Additionally the upstairs neighbors were very loud at night. I don’t blame them personally but the poor acoustic insulation between both apartments kept me up at night.
