The facilities we had access to were brilliant, including washing facilities, bathroom, and complimentary amenities. The location suited us perfectly as a cozy "base camp" for us to travel around.

The water (especially the bathroom) was freezing and took quite a long time to warm up, however, once it did, it was lovely. The stairs took a while to get used to, initially it felt like they might fall out from beneath us. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was there was no dryer, however, there is a laundromat near by.

1st - the space can actually accommodate 5 pax (3 pax in the main bed and 2 to 3 pax on the mezzanine bed)and its very comfy, you can cooked and wash your clothes but there is no dryer but no problem there is a laundry area which is 2 to 3 minutes walk from the apartment which is cheap around 100 yen for 10 minutes drying and there is a shoe cleaner inside the shop if in case you soaked your shoes into the snow and its 24/7 2nd - cleanliness of the apartment is 9/10 3rd - the owner or admin of the apartment is very polite, promptly responding to any inquiries 4th - food options there are varieties of resto like korean food, chinese food, japanese food, indian food, fast food McDonald's all of them are 2 to 5 minutes away from the apartment 5th - location of the train station though its far from most of the attractions but the station nearby is 3 to 6 minutes walk from apartment then 15 to 20 minutes to Ueno and Asakusa 6th - wifi is great and tv has netflix 7th - chill place if you're tired in the city and want a province vibe its perfect.

Not sure if the warm aircon really works , I hope there are loafers or slippers for inside because the floor gets to cold and in the bathroom floor, the toilet as well is so cold if you are going to sit down in the toilet maybe its time to upgrade it with heater features
