The place was very roomy and private. You have your own washing machine and they provide washing detergent. Close to the station and plenty of food options around the area. Location is also nice and quiet. This place is also a great choice if you’re wanting to be close to Tokyos bigger prefectures, but not be in Tokyo.
I was there mid/late January, the room was very cold, even with having the split unit on along with the fan to help push heat down. For me and my partner, the bathroom was like ice cold. We did also miss the bidet/heated toilet seats. I feel like if they did update the toilet or at least the seat that would make up for the very cold bathroom. The fan also badly needs cleaned as it has a layer of dust on the blades.

The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and had kitchen and even washing machine. The neighbourhood seems nice, met some nice locals.
Very poorly soundproofed. The floor of the second storey is like a giant drum, any movement upstairs is amplified like a bang downstairs making it impossible to sleep. You can hear everything. We were unlucky because the people above didn’t go to bed until late.
