Location was very nice, felt like home

Dryer did not work very well

The place was clean with many amenities such as a washing machine and even body soaps, however there were no chopping boards or knives for cooking and preparing meals. They supplied tooth brushes, clean towels, extra pillows and more. It was great to have a self check in process for tho who arrive at later times, and was super simple to check out.

Regarding the location, the place was about 10-15 minute walk from two different stages, while this was helpful to get to the centre of Tokyo and around, it did become a small hassle for late nights or after tiring days.

1、住宿地點離京成曳舟站走路10分鐘的距離，離曳舟站走路15分鐘的距離。這兩站周邊的機能很好，有很多餐廳、超市。到淺草很方便，若要去成田機場，可以從京成曳舟搭至青砥，下車後在同一個月台等待換車，可以省去拖著行李轉乘的麻煩。 2、價錢便宜。 3、有提供洗衣機、廚房、雨傘和專門可以曬襪子的衣架，整體性能不錯，應有盡有。

1、住宿外觀較老舊，內部若是對整潔要求很高的可能沒辦法接受，在細節方面還有進步空間。 2、廁所沒有調溫的設施，雖有洗衣機，但衣服無法放置廁所除濕，只能曬在窗戶旁，曬乾效果有限。 3、不可以同時洗澡和洗衣服，排水管線較窄。

the bedroom is pretty big and we were able to cook and clean whenever we wanted to. the self check in was not as difficult as i assumed it would be. there’s also a sliding door between the bedroom and the other parts of the apartment which gave privacy as needed. fairly close to the train stations but it can feel a bit tiring if you’re getting back late. (10 and 15 mins respectively). a lot of convenience stores nearby with very friendly staff! owners are very clear about their expectations and there wasn’t very much miscommunication. there was also a huge closet with a shelf that i ended up using for extra luggage space

bathroom was ridiculously small. my knees touched the doors when i showered. i could barely wash my hands in the sink without having to put one foot in the bath tub. the lighting in the bathroom is also horrible with a yellow tint so don’t even try to do your makeup in there if you’re a woman. area is a little dingy. the washing machine works but THERE IS NO DRYER. there is an air drying option on the machine BUT IT WILL NOT WORK!! DO NOT USE IT UNLESS YOU PLAN TO HANG YOUR CLOTHES!! There’s also no elevators but i was on the first floor so I didn’t care too much
