地理位置離JR和地鐵都很近，附近也有肉のハナマサ可以購物買點食物回去料理，簡易廚房有多種餐具可以使用。民宿採無人管理，16：00入住前也可以先在一樓寄放行李，非常方便，老闆也樂意提供幫助，入宿前會提供房號跟電子鎖密碼。 垃圾每天可以到樓下自己丟，附近晚上也算安靜，只有冷氣的運轉聲比較吵雜，介意的人可以自備耳塞。房間大小部分，兩個人都可以攤開兩個行李箱整理，還有提供衣架，這部分很優質。 不過民宿雖然有洗衣機但沒有提供洗衣精，建議旅客可以來之前買好洗衣球。其他的衛浴用具都很齊全，房間也很乾淨，下次有機會還會想來。
樓梯稍小，帶兩個29吋行李箱會比較難行走，不過有先做好心理準備就好了。 床墊的話跟朋友擠擠會容易晃，半夜有人去洗手間或翻身的感覺會很明顯哈哈。
