Facilities worked well (AC, washing machine, clothes dryer in a shower). The only difficulty was that it was hard to understand how to operate them. Once we learned how, it was easy to use.
We found pillows and the bed to be way to firm. They felt rock solid and hard to sleep on. The overall cleanliness of the apartment could be improved, but if you don't look in the corners, it's fine.
