Serendipity Kinshicho - 7 mins to JR Station - Near Skytree & Foodie hub

This is our second stay, and we again, enjoyed the great location - close from the station and many options for both food and shopping, providing all the amenities you’d need from toiletries, laundry to cooking. And their customer service is second to none.

地點很棒，離錦糸町車站近，車站附近有超市商場。

垃圾處理比較麻煩，需要先通知人員。

空間寬敞，還有房間內就有洗脫烘的滾筒洗衣機，對於出遊多日的遊客來說，真的是太方便了

其實沒有可挑剔的地方，但如果退房後還可以寄放行李那就太完美了

You have a lot of small supermarkets around the corner. They are open all day long. This is great.

There are only few (5) towels. Not enough for 4 people and almost a week. During the whole week there is no change of the towels or the bed sheets. In addition the towels were smelly! Cleanliness: As we had two small children we put the beds together. So under the beds they were a lot of dirt, dust and hairs. Also in the bin was an old toothbrush. And on the surfaces there was a lot of dust. So the room is only on the superficial clean if you look closer it’s dirty! The location is ok. But the Metro is like 7-8minutes walking distance away. Which is ok but if you travel every day even this is too far. I would definitely not recommend this place. We chose this place because of the great recommendations. But Tokyo has so much more and better options.
