Serendipity Kinshicho

The location is convenient. We has lived for four days.We had high quality of living experience.

Location, check in/out procedures, facility

The airconditioner. It sounded like rain drop all the time and we could not sleep well

You have a lot of small supermarkets around the corner. They are open all day long. This is great.

There are only few (5) towels. Not enough for 4 people and almost a week. During the whole week there is no change of the towels or the bed sheets. In addition the towels were smelly! Cleanliness: As we had two small children we put the beds together. So under the beds they were a lot of dirt, dust and hairs. Also in the bin was an old toothbrush. And on the surfaces there was a lot of dust. So the room is only on the superficial clean if you look closer it’s dirty! The location is ok. But the Metro is like 7-8minutes walking distance away. Which is ok but if you travel every day even this is too far. I would definitely not recommend this place. We chose this place because of the great recommendations. But Tokyo has so much more and better options.
