I stayed for one month in June. Everything worked, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped for cooking daily. I travelled for work, so the location was conveninet for me to get to the centre within 20-30 minutes metro ride. The area Sumido is quiet, no noise on the streets, very clean and easy to navigate. I was cooking my meals daily, thus I went to the supermarkets in the area (walking distance 15 to 20 minutes), which offered cheap and qualitative food options for cooking. Sorting the trash and getting in and out (as the key stayed inside the key lock), was also rather conveniet. Trash is being picked up almost every other day, so simply sorting the trash and placing it inside the outdoor trash bins is no hazzle and keeps the place inside cleaner. I travelled with no luggage, only a backpack, so this saved a lot of space, as the place is really small. Host provided first use shampoo and tooth brush, which was very kind and convenient.

Could have been cleaner.

10 minute walk to the train, safe quiet neighbourhood, Lawson is just next door and Family mart is a 2 minute walk away. lots of grocery stores in the area (8-10 mins walk) The in house washing machine was actually really nice to have too.

bathroom had mildew staining which felt a little gross, corners of the room and around the sink were a little not as clean as we would like.
