Great location very close to station. Supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Washing machine was a bonus.

Less than 10 minute walk to train stations. Elevator is fairly quite. Room is quite spacious. Great water pressure in shower. Fairly quick to respond to questions/concerns.

Terrible raw sewage-like smell in the kitchen area (somewhat addressed by closing the bedroom door) also upon arrival that didn't go away. It was somewhat mitigated when I notified the property, though the solution was just bringing in more odor-absorbing beads the next day. Floors weren't quite clean when we arrived; black smudges in many places (not addressed by the end of our stay). These two issues should be addressed prior to guest arrival. We didn't realize the water heater had to be turned off prior to needing it. While it might be common in Asia, this wasn't mentioned in the check-in guide or elsewhere, same with how to operate the bedroom lights. Fortunately these were quickly resolved via messaging the property. Save your check-in guide, it was quite hard to find again, since it was sent via email with not a lot of details in email to make it easily searchable.
