Very nice and clean, self check in and check out. Located very close to the Sky Tree but still quiet and nice neighbourhood. Small kitchen and very comfortable bed :-)

It was clean and modern. Had all the things I needd and being able to wash clothes was great.
There was a little bit of a musty smell and it might be from the washing machine itself.

The appliances are modern and appeared quite advanced for normal apartment stays which was great use in the kitchen, and I appreciated the shelf space for pantry use and the nice touch of hooks for kitchen essentials. The projector was a nice addition and the bed was comfy too. Conveniently located near Oshiage station, supermarkets and small beauty salon downstairs.
The apartment is literally COMPACT, even as a small 5'3 solo female traveller, I struggled to do my morning stretches with a full 360 wingspan. I could still make myself comfortable and enjoyed the resources a lot, however I'd recommend short stays only, perfect for business trips or overnight stays as unpacking/packing a large luggage may be difficult

The room is very small and everything is arranged in a linear fashion. You get in, get your shoes off, washing machine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are all arranged in a line. Bed is comfortable, not the best but better than it looks. Property is clean. All the amenities work. Location is minutes away from Skytree in Oshiage - Sumida.
The walls are concrete and very very cold. Sort of "wakes you up in the night if you accidentally touch them" cold. There is an air vent on the wall that constantly blows cold air to your back when you sit at the table. The remote control of the projection device was out of batteries.
