The location, value, and access to a laundry machine were great. The nearest subway station was relatively close and we were in proximity of the sumida river.

We only received the code to the key lockbox after arriving so we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. The Wifi password we were sent the first time also did not work.

The management/hosts were extremely friendly, punctual, and efficient in all communications, which made everything easy. Location less hectic/more relaxed than many parts of central Tokyo, but is only a 10 min. walk from each of (i) riverside parks and the stunning Senso-ji Temple and market area just across the river; (ii) Skytree; (iii) Honju-Azumabashi and Oshiage stations; and (iv) 1 of the best supermarkets we've seen in Tokyo (Life Supermarket). Excellent value, especially for families with 1-2 kids. While not fancy, it was very clean, had more useable space than most reasonable Tokyo options, and had virtually everything we needed (e.g., good clothes wash machine & spinner/dryer).

May not be the best option for anyone who is really sensitive to noise from cars driving down the street at night. There's no elevator (also the case in many Tokyo properties), so request the 1st floor room if you'd have trouble getting up 1-2 flights of stairs.

优点： 1，地理位置可以接受，从押上出来步行距离可以。附近有大超市，711，罗森，以及晴空塔商店，可以非常好的体验本土文化，美食，ip衍生品。 2，有洗衣机，屋里很温馨安全 3，入住便利 缺点： 1，洗澡水恒温不热 2，床比较次，被子和枕头比较一次性的感觉，希望以后能改进。 3，卫生没有那么严谨，床上可见毛毛。 4，厨余垃圾处理不是很方便 5，临马路，噪音很大，但过两天就适应了
