The management/hosts were extremely friendly, punctual, and efficient in all communications, which made everything easy. Location less hectic/more relaxed than many parts of central Tokyo, but is only a 10 min. walk from each of (i) riverside parks and the stunning Senso-ji Temple and market area just across the river; (ii) Skytree; (iii) Honju-Azumabashi and Oshiage stations; and (iv) 1 of the best supermarkets we've seen in Tokyo (Life Supermarket). Excellent value, especially for families with 1-2 kids. While not fancy, it was very clean, had more useable space than most reasonable Tokyo options, and had virtually everything we needed (e.g., good clothes wash machine & spinner/dryer).

May not be the best option for anyone who is really sensitive to noise from cars driving down the street at night. There's no elevator (also the case in many Tokyo properties), so request the 1st floor room if you'd have trouble getting up 1-2 flights of stairs.
