Great two bedroom space. Small but great for Tokyo.
Would have lived a few more instructions. Where to put rubbish, some hooks to hang towels on and maybe some info on places to eat nearby with families. We were refused many local eateries as we had children so a list would be a great help.

The beds were comfortable and all the amenities - kitchen supplies and toiletries were available. The appartment was spacious enough for a family of 5 for a limited period.
We were missing a chair, only 4 were available at the appartment while the reservation was made for 5. Communication with the owner was very limited. We had already arrived at the location - earlier than planned, which we had informed the owner about but we did not know which apartment was ours or where the key is located until the very last moment. Overall, the lack of clear and timely communication made the check-in process unnecessarily stressful.
