ZAITO Tokyo PRETIC Hikifune

駅から近く、買い物等も便利なエリアであった。静かで清掃も行き届いていた。スタッフの対応も迅速で全くトラブルはなかった。静かで環境も問題なかった。

コップ、風呂のイスや洗面器などは、あれば良いのにと思いました。

セキュリティがしっかりしていた。テレビでYouTubeやNetflixなどを見れた。食器や炊飯器、鍋、包丁などの調理器具が揃っていた。部屋の明るさの調整ができた。コンビニ、駅が近い。

少し清潔感に欠けていた。床が汚く、シャンプーハットが1つ袋が破けているものがあった。少しベッドが小さくて2人だと少し狭く感じた、ベッドが少し固めだった。コンセントが全然近くになかった。数も少なかった。1階だったから上の階からの音が凄くてうるさかった。

評価が良かったためこちらにしたが、評価が良い理由がよくわかるホテルでした。 1. 清潔 非常に綺麗な部屋であり、過ごしやすかったです 2.wifi このような民宿はネット回線が弱いことが多いがこちらはそのようなことが無かった 3.ホストの対応が早い 予約関連で非常に助かったのはこの部分 メールの返信が早く丁寧な対応をしてくれました

The apartment was spacious and had a balcony. Great bathroom. Kitchen could be more equiped but it was enough. Lot of room for shoes. It had a large closet next to the bed where you can store luggage and clothes. The location is great. I love Sumida. It has lots of restaurants, shops and its quiet. Beautiful part of Tokyo.

Sadly it was really dirty... there was so much dust under the furniture. In the bathroom there was hair on the shelfs probably after someone was shaving, in the toothbrush cups also. We only got 2 towels for 2 people. We had no access to the broom or vacuum cleaner. so after a week or so it was really unconfortable with all the dirt everywhere. Only one bedding was provided. The access to the closet was really difficult due to the bed right in the way. The only "window" that could be opened was the balcony door.
