立地が良かった。施設は古いが清潔感があった。

冷蔵庫の冷えが悪かった。コンビニが少し遠い。

We stayed for 3 nights, and the unit accommodated 5 guests comfortably. Don’t expect hotel-level service — this place is more like a cozy home stay. Both Kinshicho and Sumiyoshi stations are about a 10+ minute walk away. Unfortunately, we only found out later that the Kinshicho area is much more lively (has supermarket and mall). We mostly used Sumiyoshi station during our trip. The bed and sofa were quite sunken, but surprisingly soft and comfortable and we slept really well. Both toilets worked perfectly, but only the ground floor toilet has a bidet (the upstairs one doesn’t). Overall, the facilities were simple but sufficient, and our stay was pleasant.

There was a Maserati parked outside the unit, and we had some difficulty on the first day since we arrived with a rented car. We couldn’t park directly in front of the unit, so we had to use a nearby paid parking spot for a while and drag our luggage instead of unloading right at the doorstep. Also, the washing machine was broken during our stay, so we couldn’t do our laundry. Not much of a problem anyway.

The location is ok, fine distance to the train station, it is a big station connect to a lot of places in Tokyo. There are quite a lot of shops on the way, easy to buy food. House is provided towels, shampoo, shower gel, laundry powder, having a washing machine is great.

Bathroom is very poor just like other reviews. You get what you paid for, mouldy ceiling in the shower since there's no fan in there. Very narrow stairs to walk up or down. Upstairs toilet is not in use during our stay.

Great location, close to transport and shops. Maximum walk 15 minutes.

Very tired and in need of some work. Upstairs toilet not available which was very inconvenient. All bedrooms are upstairs so you need to navigate steep stairs when needing the toilet at night. Lots of draughts in the living room making it cooler. Stains on sheets, curtains and rug. Two of the beds were broken as well as a couch downstairs Nowhere to hang towels. Dirty dishes in the cupboard including a frypan that was growing mould.
