We did not receive check-in instructions in advance, but were very grateful that someone quickly came to meet us when we called. The space was manageable for three people and we appreciated access to a washer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Very easy to get to Kawaguchi Nishi station and lots of shops within a block or two. Beds were a bit hard, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

love the area, but know the room is small, the sleeping arrangement isn't the best. The twin sofa sleeper is not comfortable, and the bed is a futon bed on the floor.
but the owner is super nice and easy to communicate with. Probably a good solution for one or two people who are used to camping.
