Property was in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, the host was always quick to respond to any questions we had and even gave us a few recommendations for food. The property was a small building, so it was quick to warm up with the heat pumps in all the bedrooms and the lounge. Bonus points for the projector, which was great for a quiet evening.
No issues with the property, the time of year we went meant that rooms got cold fairly fast but rooms warmed fast with the heat pumps.

Local espaçoso para uma família de 4 pessoas, tranquilo acesso a linha I do metrô (Mita line) e com opções de mercado próxima. O fato de ter máquina de lavar e utensílios de cozinha foi ótimo. O host também foi super prestativo e rápido quando tivemos uma duvida.
O local tem dois andares com uma escada íngrime interna, esta informação deveria constar no anúncio mas apenas foi informado na mensagem pré-checkin
