This is a very nice place and we were a family of 3 with a 10 year old with us. We had an excellent time and the small balcony was so nice to have early morning coffee. There was absolutely no noise what so ever. The kitchen area was excellent and were able to easily cook Indian food.
It is a bit far from the metro. With heavy luggage it is a challenge to reach the place. Also there is no elevator and we have to carry the luggage to 2nd floor by ourselves.

The place is not far from the subway and convenience store. The facility is good, has almost everything.
1. The wall is quite thin. sometimes heard noise from outside. but the place has quiet neighbour. so, it's ok. 2. The place is pretty far from tourist site. but since it not far from subway. it is manageble.

La cama era cómoda, el barrio tranquilo y tenía tiendas cerca donde comprar alimentos.
No estaba del todo limpio, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco funcionaba la luz del baño y la única sarten que había no estaba en buen estado. La ubicación tampoco era la mejor, aunque no estaba lejos del metro, el trayecto hasta el centro era muy largo.
