Everything was great. Its small and compact, but convenient and practical. The communication with the hosts was always very easy and quick. Tiny cons were that A Washing machine was available but no there was drier and nowhere to hang the clothes. There were no rags or dishcloths to dry your hands or clean with.
Otherwise the stay was great and I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and sleeping in this cozy apartment.

Fantastic for my needs - safe area, easily walkable to ikebukuro proper or a short train ride to most major stations. Local area is quiet and cute with great food options. Property was clean and had in unit laundry, microwave, kettle, AC and TV, owner was very responsive to questions in concerns and offered multilingual support.

We did not get our hopes up too high for this place because of how small and cheap it was but it exceeded expectations and we had a great stay! It was clean, quiet, close to a few small restaurants and shops. We were super grateful for a cold AC given how hot it was. Short walk to the train and short train rides to all the touristy stuff we wanted to do on our trip. It had everything we needed to make meals and do laundry. Yes, it was very small but ended up being one of our favorite places to stay!
