It is convenient that not far from station.
The room is generally quite cold (may be in winter only) so the window or door may require improvement.

The location and all the amenities that were closeby.
Took a couple of days to adjust to the local train at night.
We were very disappointed and reported to the host immediately about the mold on the walls and ceilings of the shower room.
I would recommend the host check up on the facilities before the next group arrives.
