Location is amazing. Not just because close to the train station, restaurants, convenience store and other shops are very good. Room was sparkly clean, owner was so helpful and kind.
Nothing. We stayed second floor with two young kids so bit worried about steps but it wasn’t steepy so okay with large suitcases. Road and train station is so close but not noisy.

Apartment-style hotel with very well-equipped rooms. It features a fully equipped small kitchen, a dining table, and a TV, as well as a pleasant private terrace at the back that really enhances the overall stay.
It is located in a quiet Japanese neighborhood, with several convenience stores nearby and a train station just a 2-minute walk away.
We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.
One small detail to keep in mind: the toilet is positioned quite close to the wall, which may be a bit uncomfortable for taller guests (around 1.90 m).

とにかく駅近でいつも荷物が重い私にはロケーションが最適でした。やや古い建物ですが室内はリフォームされ清潔で行き届いているので気になりません。スタッフさんの連絡へのレスポンスの速さと対応の丁寧さがとても気持ちよく、チェックイン前にロッカーを使わせてもらえるなど大変助かりました。
宿泊次の日の朝シャワーのお湯が出ませんでした。チェックアウト日だったので連絡しませんでしたが、他は満足だったのでとても残念です。これはオーナーさんへの苦言ではないのですが、上の階の人が夜中すごくうるさくて困りました。
