The place was super clean and equipped with everything we need. Also the owner was super flexible and kind.

The apartment is located in a suburban area, making it quiet and peaceful—perfect for resting after a long day out. There are convenience stores within a 5–7 minute walk, with the nearest being Lawson. A self-service laundry is also about 7 minutes away. The nearest train station is around a 15–17 minute walk, but there’s a bus stop (Egota 1-chome) nearby that connects conveniently to Nakano Station, providing easy access to major areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara, Ueno, and Ginza. I also appreciated the large kitchen table, which was a great space to relax, dine, and have conversations.

The corridor leading to the unit is quite narrow, which can be challenging when carrying large luggage and may create some noise when moving items upstairs. The entrance area is compact, making it slightly inconvenient when putting on or removing shoes. The toilet is located close to the kitchen and sleeping area, and at times there could be some lingering odour after use. Additionally, there were no scissors available for opening food packaging. The flooring can also feel quite cold, so wearing slippers is recommended.
