I liked how cozy it was. It was very clean and well taken care of. Had everything you would need to stay for a long week. The bed was comfortable and the natural light was great!
Beware that the A/C is not on when you enter and takes a few hours to cool the room down. Not necessarily a bad thing but it’s something to think about. There are stairs too which means if you have a lot of luggage, it’s kind of uncomfortable to bring up and down. Lastly, the towels provided are not very good for drying off so I would suggest bringing your own. The chair that lays out to a bed is also uncomfortable.

The appartment is big enough for two persons. The train station is 250meters away. Aroud there are several supermarkets and restaurants.
The mattress is too soft for me...

The apartment is great, quite spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need, including a good bed and air conditioning. The neighborhood in Ikashinagasaki is exceptional very nice and peaceful, with friendly people. It’s also very convenient, close to the metro and near Ikebukuro. The host was always very responsive and helpful. Overall, everything was perfect during our stay.
