I came early and they let me leave my luggage in the room until the room was clean and ready. Rooms are bigger than most places in Tokyo. Toilet and bathrooms were great, you could even pre heat the bathroom which I liked. 5-6 minute walk away from local station
I haven't encountered a single staff member in 9 days. If you have any problem, the only way to contact them is through booking. Only self check-in is available. Not close to major districts so you need to take a local train, closest is Ikebukuro which is like 20 minutes away. It wasn't a problem for me but it could be to other people especially if you want to stay late outside.
