La localización es estupenda, y el apartamento es amplio, totalmente equipado y nuevo. Merece mucho la pena. El trato de Davide fue perfecto estuvo atento a todo. Si volviera a Como lo volvería a elegir.
Es un tercer piso sin ascensor (para nosotros no supuso ningún problema, pero puede que para algún otro visitante lo sea). El parking opcional es un poco caro (40€/día). Hay opciones más baratas en parking público.

An exceptionally beautiful and well-appointed apartment in a quiet street in the historic centre of Como. The apartment made a brilliant bass for exploring Como and the Lago di Como. We came by train and the apartment was a short walk from the train station. The apartment is also near to the market which had delicious, fresh and cheap produce. The apartment host was incredibly helpful.
Nothing for us, but as the apartment was up several sets of stairs it wouldn’t be suitable for those to whom this would be difficult.

Very spacious apartment. Met all our requirements. Great facilities provided with 2 bathrooms which was what we needed as a family of 4 . Great location in the centre of como city easy access to the restaurants and shopping area . Also not too far to walk to the ferry terminals and train stations. Davide our host was excellent and kept in touch via messages to make sure everything was all ok

Tout était parfait. L’appartement est bien équipé, état neuf, moderne dans un bâtiment au charme fou. La bienveillance, l’efficacité et la gentillesse de Davide. L’emplacement est idéal. Un très bon séjour. Je recommande fortement.
