Просторная квартира в хорошем доме. Тепло, кровати и бытовая техника новые и чистые. Хорошее постельное бельё и полотенца. Быстрый вайфай. Инструкция по заселению просто супер: подробная и с видео, спасибо! Хороший бюджетный вариант для компании или семьи. Рядом мелкие магазинчики, большой супермаркет в 10 минутах пешком. Удобно расположена к общественному транспорту кроме метро
Это конечно далеко не "Лакшери" в заголовке итальянское преувеличение. Обычная жилая квартира, стены обшарпаны, пора их покрасить, сиденье унитаза в санузле оторвано, кое-где оторваны плинтуса. Даже удивило, что дорогие вещи (техника, мебель) поддерживаются в настолько лучшем состоянии, чем стены и шторы. Визуально квартира выглядит из-за этого совсем не так хорошо, как могла бы. Покрасить и будет 10 из 10 в разряде Стандарт или Эконом. И добавить посуды - мы нашли одну кастрюлю и одну чайную ложку. Чайных чашек нет, итальянцы же пьют только эспрессо - чашечки крошечные ) Район торговый - на улице грязно и много мусора

Las camas son amplias y cómodas .
Las puertas no tienen pomos no cierran bien y tienen cristal en los baños por lo q no tienes intimidad. Los lavabos están atrancados y sube agua. Necesita una reforma. Y poner un poco más de papel higiénico para 8.
