Nice apartment in Westbridgford, Nottingham
The apartment is nice. Photos reflect the place. Messages were responded quickly. Efforts were made to accommodate needs, on our case a travel crip. If you have a car, getting to Nottingham works well. On public transport with buses, it is a little harder. The area is pretty. A big 24hs Supermarket ASDA is a15 min walk away. Children's playground is near too. 1 room with double bed. Another room with 2 separate beds and then the sofa in the living room, which can be opened up to accommodate one or two people. We were lucky to get a pretty late check out (noon). This was much appreciated. The apartment allowed for a comfy and enjoyable stay in Nottingham.
Communication between the cleaners (or people going to the apartments) and renter can be improved. Little details like a bin in the second bathroom would be appreciated. Details of how to get into the apartment came last minute, maybe for security measures. Recommendations of saving electricity could be communicated in positive terms, trusting in the good will of clients rather than threatening with extra costs. Overall nothing serious to complain about. They tried their best to please us And I'm thankful for it.
