Lovely spacious property in heart of Leeds. Could do with improvement in bedding
The property was in a great location for getting around Leeds. It was very spacious, with big bedrooms and lovely en-suite shower rooms. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and glasses.
Unfortunately, the bed linen was not clean - stains on covers and did not smell fresh. The pillows could all do with changing as they also smelled badly. This was really unfortunate as it doesn’t cost much to replace these things and it would greatly improve the quality of the property

Great location
We had a very comfortable stay at this property. It was very spacious and well equipped for 5 people. However, we did have issues with all the showers. The temperature controls were very stiff and needed a lot of force (after contacting customer services) to move to cool. Also, the drainage was very poor in 2 of the showers - we had to turn off the water after about 40secs to allow some to drain away, before continuing with our shower. I was told 'the maintenance team are looking into this' when I reported it, but the issue was not resolved during our 3-night stay. Also, there was a bulb missing in a bedroom lamp - this wasn't replaced, despite me asking on our first morning. If not for these problems, I would have rated it higher.

Good space and bedrooms all en-suite.
The communal area is very dated could do with updating. Would ideally have dishwasher but in absence of this at least help with washing up eg the plug didn’t work and no washing up bowl.

Ruim appartement dat zeker groot genoeg is voor 6 volwassenen. Heel goede locatie. Goede communicatie met agency.
Problemen met de douches (die alle drie kapot waren bij aankomst; nl. enkel kokendheet water) werden snel opgelost. Verbinding wifi niet zo sterk.
