Perfect stay for hiking in the area

Villas were very cosy, dry and well set up! Everything you need for your stay in Theth. Staff were amazing and very accomodating. Let the chef advise you on what to eat, food was incredible

Very good hotel. The rooms are clean and new. Personnel is very kind and helpful. Overall very good service.

The road to go to the hotel is not asphalted, so we cannot drive the rental car to the hotel. We left the car in the parking in the city, and sent by foot (approx 15 min of walking)

Cozy, cabin-style unit, perfect for a family of 4. Breathtaking views of the mountains. My kids loved the bunnies that lived on site. Fabulous breakfast buffet.

Eddy and his brother were super hospitable. Very kind people and offered to take us to the bus station on checkout. Food at the restaurant was delicious and the property was stunning! Hopefully will make it back there sometime.

The stay was very clean and cosy, it has everything you need! You can tell that the hosts take very good care of the property and are working hard to continue developing it. Perfect location- close to different hike routes, the market and nearby restaurants are just a walk away.

Great location and comfort , room for some improvements.

Great place to stay, comfortable lodges, 15 minutes walk from Theth " center" . Small improvements can be done, for example bed lights are missing ( in all hotels actually in Albania) and explanation that you should turn on the boiler 1 hour before showering was missing. This is something that should be explained to guests who are not used to this.

We are a family with 2 kids. I asked a lot of questions to one of the owners , who spoke English. This was not appreciated. He said some of the questions were insulting. They were just normal questions about the restaurant menu. We understood that the attitude is very proud and you are not supposed to question or ask anything. Especially not as a woman. This old fashion patriarchal culture made us feel a bit unwelcome. We are not used to that coming form Sweden, werte the attitude is pretty different.

Leo and his brother run the loveliest mountain get away stay. They were so accommodating and helpful and poured their hearts out to share anything from activities to family recipes.

The young people running this place are wonderful! Our host spoke impeccable English and was also our chef - the food was the best we have tried in Albania, both for dinner and breakfast. The houses are brand new and very stylish. Wish we could stay longer.

Best food in nice cabins in Theth

The cabin is very well designed and was spotlessly clean. The hiking trails started more or less right from the cabin, which was really convenient. The most surprising part was how amazing the food was! We had two dinners there, and they were probably the best meals of our entire trip. The host was incredibly accommodating, adjusting things for me and the kids, and the price was very reasonable. In general, it's a great part of the village — quiet and pleasant — especially since other areas had a lot of construction going on as the village prepares for winter. The views are beautiful, and it was easy to just step outside and walk straight into nature.

The only downside was the shower. At first, I thought there was no hot water, but it turned out the faucet was installed in reverse — it would have been helpful to know that in advance. Once we figured it out, we realized that although there was hot water, the water pressure was extremely low — so low that it was basically impossible to wash hair, which was a bit frustrating. It felt like a basic issue, especially considering how high-quality the room and food were overall.

Hosts were INCREDIBLE. Super friendly and the food is amazing.

Not anything in particular but I suggest you ask the hosts to heat up the cabin before you go because we forgot to do that and it was cold until the fire was lit (if you’re going in winter i.e february).Also ask them for harder pillows if you dislike soft ones. They are amazing people and super kind.

Es una pasada, las instalaciones están nuevas, tiene chimenea, vistazas, las camas comodisimas y la familia que lo lleva fueron muy simpaticos con nosotros. Tienen restaurante donde comes genial y el desayuno estuvo estupendo, solo podemos decir cosas buenas.

Llegar hasta el alojamiento es complicado, es verdad, pero es parte del encanto del sitio. La carretera no está asfaltada y, aunque los locales suben cualquier tipo de coche, quizás con un coche normal (no 4x4) se complica. En cualquier caso puedes dejar el coche aparcado en el pueblo y subir andando en 10 minutos.

Superbe vue, bon repas, logement neuf, possibilité de se garer près du logement.

Les patrons pas très aimables, ne répondent pas aux messages quand on leur dit qu'on a froid et qu'on a besoin de bois... Le chemin pour accéder au logement est chaotique et très mal indiqué. Pas de chauffage à l'arrivée, ballon d'eau chaude éteint donc eau froide.

Buenas vistas, en un entorno natural. La atención de su host y personal fue impecable. El restaurante brinda un servicio de desayuno excelente y la posibilidad de comer sin salir del predio. Tiene parking cómodo y buen servicio de internet. Buena temperatura del agua de la ducha.

Para mejorar podría ser tener opción de veladores o algunas luces más tenues. Una de las ventanas del cuarto no se podía cerrar correctamente y pasaba frío a la habitación.

הבקתות נמצאות בנוף ציורי ויפה , המארחים מקסימים. דאגו לכל מה ביקשנו והיו חביבים מאוד. יש פה גם מסעדה שהם מפעילים עם אוכל טעים, רק לקחת בחשבון שלוקח זמן עד שהוא מגיע אז להיות סבלניים. הדרך לפה מהממת , צריך לשם לב שב400 מטרים האחרונים יש שביל עפר לא רציני.

Los anfitriones hacen que la estancia en el alojamiento sea muy cómoda y agradable, la calidad del desayuno y de las demás comidas que ofrecen es altísima, incluyendo platos típicos de la gastronomía albanesa. Las cabañas se encuentran en un entorno privilegiado, en plena ruta de senderismo entre Valbona y Theth, además, te aconsejan perfectamente sobre ella para hacer mucho más llevadero el tiempo que pasas en la zona.

El acceso puede ser complicado si no llevas el vehículo adecuado.

Pohádkové místo uprostřed hor

Nádherné prostředí uprostřed hor, krásné chatky, skvělé snídaně. Chodili jsme i na večeře. Šéfkuchař je mladý kluk, který je ale nejen skvělý kuchař, ale hlavně velmi příjemný člověk, ochotný splnit přání hosta. Pomohl mi i při úrazu, kdy mi půjčil mast na snížení otoků. Prostě skvělí lidé na nádherném místě.

Místo je trochu hůře dostupné po nezpevněné cestě do prudkého kopce. Ale to není výtka, jen realita tohoto celého městečka. Vyjeli jsme na místo i standardním autem. Jen někdo může mít obavy, aby si auto nepoškodil.
