Hiking Peaks of Balkans ?- Stay here!

Perfect stay for our first day hiking the peaks of the balkans. The family is super friendly and made us a huge banquet for dinner, what else could we ask for? It has everything you need for a stop during hiking!

The views were amazing, the outside dinner area was lovely, the cabin was cute and cozy

WiFi was pretty slow out to the cabin - but we didn’t mind too much anyways! In the summer the cabins were pretty warm and the window had some issues opening, so being able to get a cool cross breeze would have helped.

Close to the trail and basic.

This location was perfect for being close to the trail — it’s one of the guest homes with the best access. The hosts were very kind to let us leave our car during our 3-4 day trek.

The beds were not super comfy though they were fine for a night. The food was okay but compared to other guest homes we stayed it was not as good and it was expensive compared to others.

Beautiful view from the terrace of most of vusanje. You can have coffee and dinner looking over the beautiful wiew. We are very happy because starting point to theth was just right there. Thank you again and will be back soon.

Breathtaking views and generosity

The view was absolutely stunning and the family was very friendly and accommodating. They were kind enough to lend me a very sweet pony to ride around the area on and the meals they provided were excellent. Definitely the coolest place we stayed in Montenegro!

The stay fulfilled the needs for hikers

Location on the peaks of Balkan trail, copious dinner and breakfast specials for hikers, interactions at round wood tables, family guesthouse and rigorous organization to keep time schedule

Not clear to me whether bed cloths had been cleaned or not, the garden showers are abominable, lack of charming elements in house, room and garden, it is unclear what happens if the whether is bad, cars close to the sitting area, not nice for tents

Warm stay with tremendous views.

Located in the middle of the village 3 small wooden cabins were provided by a family who stay in the house next to the cabins. Also a grass pitch is available for tents. The cabin was small altough it had one 2person bed and another small bed. We thought it would be very hot inside, this was totally not the case. Dinner was a buffet with local cuisine, with portions to feed an army. Very friendly and helpfull family. Would definitely recommend this place.

A place run by a really nice family. We arrived quite late, but they waited us with very delicious dinner. The view from the terrace is just amazing. Best starting point to hike to Zla Kolata. We will be back for sure.

Everything about this place was fantastic. The family are just incredibly kind and caring. They really want to make sure you have a good stay and we felt incredibly well cared for. The BEST SHOWER on the whole of the Peaks Of The Balkans trail. Food terrific and copious. If you are lucky you will get the potatoes which were sublime! Excellent value and I would love to return. If walking Peaks consider staying an extra day here and going to visit the Lakes because as you can see from my photo the location is stunning!

In den Hütten wurde es nachts nicht kühler wodurch wir mit offener Tür schlafen mussten.

Het huisje was netjes maar de badkamer ontzettend onhandig: krap, klein en nare geur die zich door de ruimte verspreidde omdat de deur niet sloot. Al bij al: ok verblijf na lange bergtocht, maar in andere omstandigheden zou ik dit niet voldoende vinden.

gute günstig gelegene Unterkunft am Po

Sehr gute Lage am PoB. Das Abendbrot wurde frisch gekocht und sehr lecker.. Frühstück und Lunchpaket waren ebenso mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir hatten unsere kleine Hütte mit eigenem WC und Dusche, obwohl Gemeinschaftsbad vereinbart,super.Sehr nette Gastgeber.
