The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and had a gorgeous view overlooking the water. Good AC and wifi, and breakfast was simple but delicious. The on-site restaurant was great as well, with prices comparable to other main cities. The boat ride in and out was also very cool (but is essential as it can only be reached by water), and the staff were lovely and very accomodating - allowing check in as soon as we arrived around 10am.

It would have been amazing to get more information about activities available on-site, as we had to ask more than once about where to hike nearby. Kayaks were 10 euro per person to rent, but were worth it to explore little pockets on the river/lake.

Free upgrade due to misleading info on booking which was resolved smoothly by them. The place was exceptional, the view from the hotel was superb. Clean, new, modern wooden style. The filipino staff as well greeted us.

Its not that i didnt like but there is a room for improvement for the restaurant staff in speaking english. They worked so hard as well from day til night they were only 2 staff- they were helpful and explained things in the best they can.

It was a very peaceful locatation, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay, including kayaking, return travel from the port, and breakfast in the morning. Overall we had a lovely short stay here, in a stunning setting.

It was a little cold, which can't be helped for that time of year! It would be good if we were able to pay with card but understand that's not so easy in these sorts of locations.

Staff is friendly, helpful and reachable. Communication before arrival was important and went fluently. Staff will often find solutions when needed. Beds were comfortable and the shower was in great condition. Last but not least, the location is as advertised with amazing views.

Broken wooden couch was left outside in our garden, instead of taking that out. Wi-Fi reach was very poor, I could only connect from my laptop, we often went upstairs to get a better connection. The toilet didn't work on arrival, this was luckily fixed quickly. There were no towels present (but we had our own). Dinner was always at 8PM, which is late if you have plans the next morning. You'll notice that people passing by (either doing the 1 day tour or just passing by for the restaurant with a view) get priority, because they will get food and drinks on arrival before you get yours. One day, when there were about 50 visitors for the restaurant, they forgot to take our order for lunch. I went upstairs to make sure we got to order a lunch, but they still forgot to make the lunch and get back to us (forgetting is human though). When I went upstairs again 1h30m after lunch time (2:30PM) they appologised and told me they will take care of it. It took another 45m (3:15PM) before I received my lunch very cold and without drinks... Within tourism, it is expected when mistakes are made that you'll get something more out of it, but this time I just received cold food without drinks when I was expecting additional drinks for free. I think you need to set your expectations right, that you're staying in a country that isn't used to serve tourists. Also note that you're paying more for services (meals, drinks, boats) than you would in the Shkoder city...
