Villa Ujëvara e vogël

Beautifully located on a large land surrounded by mountains and connected to the village by a small bridge Cabins are all differerent and are all very nice and equipped. Dinner is a set menu for 15 euros and is quite good and copious. Breakfast is included and is a very nice buffet. Hosts Aleks and his wife run the show - Aleks was born in the main house - and live there year-long. They are hard working and absolutely charming, helpful and welcoming.

The place was very clean, and Alex and all the staff were lovely, friendly and always happy to help. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The location was excellent, only about a 10-minute drive from the center of Theth, with free parking available. The internet connection was also good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The main downside was the soundproofing. Our villa was divided into two units, and we could hear the guests staying next door quite clearly. There were also some electricity issues during our stay, which affected the air conditioning and coffee machine. However, this seems to be a general issue in Theth and not something specific to the property. It wasn’t a major problem for us, as we were out during the day and at night it was comfortable with the windows open.

Everything! The location, the scenery.. it was just dreamy. Aleks was amazing, the guy works around the clock to make sure all his guests feel comfortable.

The Location was superb and view was worth it

Staff attitude wasn’t the best and not as expected, one thing I didn’t like is he came to our Villa and asked us to take of our shoes of while we were literally behind the door still not unpacked, he came to say that with a parental attitude inside our “RENTED” Villa for the day! Ive never encountered to rent a villa or book an hotel and someone come to me while im still unpacked and tell me you have to take off your shoes with an attitude! Of course im gonna take it off im not gonna sleep with it we still didn’t unpack! But worst part wasn’t his attitude, it was the dinner! We decided to have dinner in there and my god I’m still suffering till now. We ordered beef and my stomach still suffering till this day, it tasted so bad and I believe we got poisoned from that meal
