Excelente Custo x Benefício. O host Hadad é ótimo. Super disponível, calmo e eficiente. Apesar de discreto e lowkey. Hadad é um reconhecido nome na cena cultural carioca ha decadas. O que passa ainda mais credibilidade. O local é central, fácil acesso e muito comércio barato na porta. Assim como ônibus, táxi e moto taxi. O quarto estava super limpo. Bem arejado e super espaçoso. Mesmo sem ar condicionado não senti calor. Vale super a pena. A propriedade possui diferentes opções de quartos e tem bastante público estrangeiro. Acabei agendando um quarto por mais tempo.
Não há nada que não gostei. Pra quem não conhece, note que não é um bairro turístico, sim de trabalhadores da cidade. Apesar de super busy, é mais nítidos problemas estruturais da cidade, não é perigoso pois fica no centro comercial do Rio Cumprido, movimento e comércio 24h.
