    Everything is great accept managers who do not respect the guest and do not answer, when they allow unfair removal of a senior guest for no reason(after he paid in advance)

    Terrific location right at the base of Cristo Redentor and close to terminal Cosme Velho and other very nice cafes and restaurants. The facade is a true gem for colonial architecture in the city and makes a great photo backdrop. The hotel also offers a nice view of Cristo Redentor from their balconies which is a cool view at night.

    Everyone there is wonderful accept the assistant manager! He demanded I move immediately and never said what was the problem or how it could be solved! I am in the rain without a place to stay after paying for 6 additional nights! I have been at Jo and Joe going on 2 months. (some breaks when it is booked).It is not fair or legal according to my lawyer.I am not a dog!
