Nice beds with privacy screens, light and power outlet. Easy check-in service, even when I arrived at 2am!
There were a few times that I ordered restaurant items with the wait staff, and the item never came, even after some promting.

The dorm beds were reasonably comfortable

I booked five nights and stayed for three
For the first two nights, I was checked into a good-sized four-bed female dorm, with a large bathroom. Unfortunately, we were all moved to the six-bed dorm due to a minor bathroom ceiling leak! The move didn't seem necessary to me.
The six-bed female dorm was dark and way too small
The shower flooded
The toilet room was so small that the door had to be open when sitting down/standing up!
The windows didn't close, and there was no form of mosquito management
The coworking area was unavailable because of an ongoing private event
Laundry was unavailable because the dryer broke
The Christ Redeemer 'viewpoint' is a strategically placed telescope
