Berggasthaus Höscht stay

The views were absolutely stunning, and there was access to a communal balcony that you could sit and relax on. The food was really nice, and seemed a reasonable price. While showers and toilets were shared, each room had its own sink which was very convenient.

The bunkbed room was very small, there was not a lot of room for two people and two suitcases. The staff were up late into the night drinking and chatting, which was very loud upstairs - more than happy for them to have down time, it just disrupted sleep a little. It is out of the hotels hands, but please be warned the drive up the mountain is a two-way, single lane road which was very stressful and scary in parts. However, the views were beautiful!

The view and location is beautiful. The waitress was kind and attentive.

Terrible state! Old, crooked, peeling paint, matresses from the 80’s, the smallest breakfast. And more than 300chf per night, + taxes!

Great bargain in the right place!

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Comfortable room. Functional wifi. Exceptional location at the ski bus stop and the bottom of the T-bar.

J’ai commandé deux entrées de plats. Le chef nous a tout envoyé en même temps, j’étais bien sûr pas prêt à manger le deux plats, il avait un peu insisté auprès de son personnel. La Chambre m’a isolé pas de télévision à partir de 17 heures il fait noir, y’a rien à faire le personnel ne parle pas l’allemand le français et pas très bien l’anglais mais quand même sympa, la route pour y accéder, quand t’as pas l’habitude, tu pries à chaque virage et croyez-moi, c’est extrêmement long dès qu’une voiture s’approche un des deux doit faire marche arrière pour trouver un tout petit renfoncement en espérant ne pas tomber.

Supertolles Berggasthaus

Sehr schön gelegenes und ruhiges Berggasthaus, welches sehr angenehm und entgegenkommend geführt wird. Wir hatten zu viert drei Zimmer reserviert und bei Ankunft spät Abends erhielten wir kostenlos ein viertes Zimmer, da der Gastwirt fand, das Zimmer zu zweit sei zu eng für uns 😁 Es ist ein typisches Berggasthaus für Sommer- und/oder Wintersportler.

Super endroit avec une super vue. 😻 L’enseigne est un peu difficile d’accès (route escarpées en hauteur. L’hôte est super accueillante !
