They upgraded my room so that I had a nice view of the valley.

They did not give me the synthetic-filled, non-allergenic pillows that they had agreed to prior to my arrival. When they did the room upgrade they forgot this, which ruined my night/sleep.

Best snowboarding vacation I could wish for.

Great room, great food, lovely staff. Was there with a friend for snowboarding. We traveled through Swiss and visited 4 main ski areas. Adelboden was the last ski area and the best, best prices, best slopes. Can't recommend enough!

Breakfast as phenomenal, rooms were big, and the shower, what a shower! roomy and with great pressure. The location is also great, across the street from the bus station right in the main street.

Charged but couldn’t reach hotel on large mototbike as the road up was gritty and steep. We contacted the hotel and book

Dangerous location on a hired bike. Grit … the hotel charged us even though we contacted them to advise we could not reach hire up the gritty road. Terrible service.

we got an upgrade to their 4 star hotel next door. every everything was perfect. the room had Beautiful view overlooking the valley. The owner OP welcomed us with a nice glass of wine. breakfast was amazing. early checkin was a bonus.

We didn't actually end up staying at the Hotel Viktoria Eden. We received a call from them during our drive and they said they were moving us to an affiliated hotel. Great service, gave us an upgrade on the room.

We ate at the hotel restaurant due to time. We would have rather eaten in town. The food was great, but the selection was a little limited.

It's seriously outdated. Like you take a jump back in the past. We stayed in their partner's hotel up the street. It was a bit weird that we were not notified in advance so we rang at main entrance of a deserted hotel. Only got help once someone picked up the phone

The room and the view was excellent. I had a beautiful view of the mountain. as well as the room was very spacious and the breakfast provided was very delicious.
