Just how we expected: everything nice!

We like that it was like in the pictures as we expected. Price worth quality. It was the cheapest on this period but the conditions and the location really nice. Also we had room with a very nice view.

Nice place with mountain view

This was kind of budget hotel which I booked at the last moment. The place was really good and I was well informed about the checkin procedure. Parking is free and I got the parking slot. Room was cozy and good. For this budget it is highly recommended.

Staff and service were fantastic. Room had great decor. Stunning view from the hotel terrace. Food was also great.

Church is next door, that's bell was quite loud. Luckily don't play during the night.

Biggest mistake ever!

Location, but that is about it...

Room size extremely small, dirty walls, very outdated decor, furniture. The noise from the corridor was tremendous. The hotel garden was full of broken furniture. disastrous! Staff did not speak English, nor French, no Italian. Very nosy and not polite. They have decided to come and fix a hair dryer in the afternoon when we were resting - they insisted!! and came in. we did not ask for this. When I asked them to come back later the response was it take 2 min and carried on working. Really?? Breakfast they said is in Hotel Crystal - I am sorry but that it is not around the corner, its couple of hundred or more meters - a hotel which seem to be closed for renovation - closed completely in the evenings.

Good value, great location, nice rooms -- check-in a bit confusing

Great location, clean rooms, and good value for money

The check-in was a bit confusing, as I thought we were supposed to go to hotel Crea, but it turns out the room was in hotel Crystal (half a km away). The email didn't mention this change, so myself and four other travellers were wandering around hotel Crea for a few minutes trying to find our rooms until we realized we had to walk to hotel Crystal where they were booked (and there were no staff to ask due to covid regulations). Also no coffee in the morning was a bit of a bummer -- I understand that paying for breakfast was an option, but many hotels will at least offer complimentary coffee to those who don't choose to pay for breakfast.

The hotel offered all I needed at good quality

The hotel has quite a modern look. It's not luxurious but has great value for the price compared to other hotels' prices in that area. The place was very clean and the cleaning lady let us into the room around lunch time already - ahead of regular check-in time.

The shower was really small. I don't need much room, but others might ;-) My room was on the ground floor and a car was parked right in front of my window blocking my view outside completely. The parking lot was fairly empty, so I don't know why the car was parked there. If a guest or staff parked it there...

Nice place.

The room was very simple, but good enough for one night. Very clean and very quiet place. The staff was very friendly. I could check in before 3 p.m. and I could pay with cash. That was great for me.

Hat uns gut gefallen. Einfaches Check In. Nahe an der Busverbindung. Klein aber feines Zimmer hat alles Wichtige darin.

Es war nicht so warm trotz Heizung im D15 und die Storen funktionierten nicht. Nicht so saubere Toilette

Gute Lage - Kaltes Zimmer

Die Lage war super. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt direkt zum Dorf. Die Bushaltestelle (Adelboden Altersheim) ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Schöner Ausblick in die Berglandschaft vom Balkon des Zimmers aus.

Es war sehr kalt, besonders während der Nacht. Der Raum wärmte sich trotz höchster Heizstufe nicht richtig auf. Sehr ringhörig im Gebäude. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Für solch eine Unterkunft ist der Preis übertrieben teuer.

Die Lage ging gerade noch so.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, das Bett wurde wahrscheinlich nicht bezogen, da es noch Haare im Bett hatte. Der Boden war noch schmutzig und das Zimmer war kalt so das man die Mütze zum Schlafen brauchte.

Gar nichts

Völlig schmutzig, alles marode und in die jahre gekommen. Türschloss klemmte, schimmel im badezimmer, preis-leistung unterirdisch. Diesem hotel sollte die betriebsbewilligung entzogen werden.
