Central location, creative, efficient interior. Really recommendable.

Very cozy rooms with extremely efficient use of space. So well done that it is still roomy yet versatile. Kitchen has everything needed. Location is great - in the town center, close to stores and the cable cars.

Thoughtfully Designed Apartments in a Perfect Location

The apartments are very modern, stylish, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location and the views are fantastic. The studios aren’t huge, but the space is organised so well that you have plenty of room for everything — sleeping, relaxing in the living area, cooking a proper dinner, playing board games at the table, and enjoying the mountain views from the balcony. We’ve stayed at this apart-hotel a few times now, and I’m still amazed at how well thought-through the place is. There are so many small, thoughtful details that make a difference and save you from buying things just to throw them away later — from oil, salt, and pepper to dishwasher tablets, umbrellas, and even a day backpack. The staff are very responsive and helpful.

Great location and beautiful apartments, but some service issues

The apartments were compact but absolutely gorgeous, and the location in Adelboden was perfect. We booked a mix of deluxe and comfort apartments and honestly couldn't see any difference between them - both were lovely. The apartments are well-designed and we really enjoyed our stay. Adelboden itself is wonderful. The apartment capacity is misleading - advertised as sleeping 6, but realistically accommodates 4 (the pull-out bed extends into the kitchen space). Fortunately, this worked for our group size as we had four in each apartment. Beautiful apartments in a stunning location. With better follow-through on agreed arrangements and streamlined group payment options, this would be a 5-star experience. Would consider staying again but would ensure arrival procedures are crystal clear.

Despite extensive advance communication and agreeing on our 2pm arrival for our group of 24 people (6 apartments booked), no staff were available when we arrived in the searing heat. We had to store our luggage at a nearby restaurant and return at 4pm to collect physical key cards which we had specifically requested and it had been agreed. Payment process was unnecessarily complicated - despite requesting to pay tourist tax as a group, I had to complete six separate logins and payments, which was quite frustrating for a group booking. I had the booked the six apartments as one booking on booking.com.

Wonderful stay, would recommend this to everyone who can drive their own car. Much much better than overhyped Interlaken

Amazing location and the room had direct views of snow laden peaks. Once checked in everything was very straightforward. Room/house had all the amenities to cook if you wanted. Separate toilet and shower which helped.

Check in process was to be completed before hand. As we were on our travels already, we missed this communication and we ended up waiting more than an hour outside the hotel. But if this is completed beforehand, the rest is a breeze.

Amazing and affordable stay in Swiss Alps

We really liked that everything was online with a great guest support. We were surprised by the amount of kitchen utensils, we could find everything we needed and much more. The apartment was clean, functional and cozy. The location is perfect. The available parking was also great and convenient.

Breathtaking Views & Alpine Vibes

We recently stayed at Apart Hotel Adelboden and it far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how well-equipped the room was, much more than we anticipated. There are so many clever and practical solutions in the apartment that we’d love to have in our own home! The view from our room was simply breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better. Having free access to the local buses was a big bonus and made getting around super easy. We also really appreciated the underground parking. No need to worry about the car baking in the sun all day. Everything about our stay was smooth, comfortable, and beyond enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

A Full Digital Experience

Clear Communication, Fast Response. Everything is Tidy. Kitchen is fully equipped. Happy with the parking. All doors are digitally controlled. The hotel is in the main square and ample space in the balcony facing the square is excellent. There is a cafe, Gelateria and Restaurant within the building. Coop Supermarket, a bakery, other restaurants and other shops are very nearby. If I go back to this area, I will choose this hotel again.

The mattresses could be better. Bathroom shower has adequate flow but I think this could be improved. The beautiful square has people always and if you want to sleep early you need to close the windows because of the noise and use the air-conditioner. No reception.

Super comfortable place for a big family or group of friends.

It was so modern and comfortable. With all tools in the kitchen it was easy to prepare dinner for all our group. Every bad has a charging point near it. I also loved the wooden style as well as the place of the hotel near the central street.

Great automated hotel (no reception) with solid service and very nice facilities.

Location is in the dead center of town. The room was spotlessly clean and included a small kitchen with all sorts of items to cook with. All was simple and easy and we even at at the downstairs restaurant and ice cream shop. I left a new hat in the room after checkout and texted their service team who found it within 5 minutes and met me at the outer door with it - very helpful.

The apartment is super comfortable, new and beautifully decorated, location is superb - in the heart of the Adelboden town. The building feels very ecological! We will definitely consider staying there again :)

There are very minor disadvantages, mostly related to our specific situation, but we arrived with a nearly dead electic car, since the hotel information states that there are chargers for electic cars in their paid parking. Unfortunately, we were assigned a parking slot which did not have access to a charger. When we asked for it, we were allowed to use the charger, but it's extremely extremely slow (~3kW) and has an additional fee, so we ended up parking and charging our car outside of the hotel in the morning. Finally, to add there were 3 of us, so we had plenty of space :) The apartment technically fits 6 (2 double beds + 1 bunk) which I feel could be too cramped.

We loved the bathroom, the water pressure and decor was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfectly in the centre of Adelboden, and the staff were extremely friendly. The parking is an added price but its worth it. The hotel also provided us with free passes to all the mountain lifts in Adelboden. Overall, it was a great experience.

The room is well equipped and the kitchen has more than everything you need.

We arrived late and there was no staff which made entering the hotel very difficult, we had to do web check-in standing on the road and get an electronic key to enter. This process should be mentioned more clearly on booking.com. There's not so much to see/do in that area for multiple days and you need to drive a long way wasting a lot of precious time to visit elsewhere.

Nice hotel but don't do any change on your initial booking. Then, it will turn to many difficulties

Nice hotel, really new with all the needed equipments inside

No one at the reception. As soon as you need something, the difficulties are starting. We wanted to add one person and one car. Really really difficult as everyting is automatic and you can't contact anyone. The 2nd parking place that we paid was already occupied when we arrived. We could only claim through whats app and we never get any answer. We also arrived with late check-in where it is written that you get 50chf discount. But before to do the check-out (and the only way), we had to pay additionally. I contact immediately per e-mail the hotel and since 2 weeks (several e-mails and calls) we still don't have any answer. We are really sad to see that when the customer has to pay, it has to be immediately but in the other way, this is completely different. Despite a nice stay all these administrative problems/difficulties are making this visit really bad. Next time for us in Adelboden, we will for sure NOT book in this hotel again.
