Lovely 1 night stay, spa, pool and hotel vibe is great!

The stay was great, with impeccable accommodations and hotel facilities. The pool and the service from the staff, especially Gabriel, were very good. The only exception was the parking fee (20 CFH), as I was informed at check-in that there would be no charge. Thank you.

It’s a nice hotel but not coming back. The rooms had a bad smell (I think because of the carpets) The price is too expensive for what it is. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful.

Check in time is 3pm, but our room was not ready until 3:30pm. Nobody from this hotel made an apologize. Even one worker was very rude.

We loved this property and our stay. I would definitely recommend staying. I will only mention a couple of items that are just my opinion. We could never get reception on the phone, we had to walk down to talk to them. They were always amazing and friendly, but it would have been nice to get some ice or towels via a phone. The outside pool is SMALL and CROWDED it’s very nice/clean, easy to access. But it looks so much bigger in the pictures. It had 20 people in it every day, included kids which was probably 10 too many! Other than that… the room was awesome, the weather was great, view amazing, staff so helpful, parking was easy, food was goo, breakfast buffet was a large, spa was enjoyable, lots of shops/restaurants near by and near a waterfall you can hike. Recognize the location, it’s about 1hr away from Interlaken. While it’s 14 miles, your on a mountain.

We recently stayed at The Cambrian Hotel in Switzerland, booking a deluxe Mountain Panorama View room with the expectation of a balcony. However, upon check-in, we were surprised to find that the room we received had a very small window and no balcony, which was a stark contrast to what was advertised on the hotel's website and booking platforms. Paying around 650 CHF per night for a two-night stay and not receiving the room we expected was disappointing. The discrepancy between the room we received and the representation provided during booking was quite significant. We believe that if a room does not have a balcony and only features a small window, it should be sold at a different price point. Additionally, we were disheartened by the attitude of the front desk staff, including the duty manager, when we politely raised our concerns. Their response came across as rude, which further impacted our experience negatively. We hope that by sharing our experience, others will be mindful when booking with the hotel. It's important for guests to be aware that the actual accommodations may not align with what is advertised. We recommend potential guests to consider reaching out to the hotel directly to ensure that the room they book meets their expectations. While our stay at The Cambrian Hotel did not meet our expectations, we are hopeful that our feedback will be taken into consideration for the improvement of future guest experiences. Very beautiful hotel with a lot of character and design ( maybe even too much) beautiful location, outstanding spa, innovative restaurant . Great access with puclic transportation from anywhere in Switzerland.

We loved our stay in this amazing hotel. Our room had a fantastic view, make sure you book a room with south view on the mountain side. The Spa is very nice and it´s a perfect stay for relaxing time.

Wonderful service, very nice restaurant (dinner and breakfast), slick design, nice spa and pool, friendly staff and amazing views (try to get rooms facing the valley, and not the street!). I don't normally spend so much on hotels, but this really was worth it.

The staff were amazing. The layout was perfect. The view was outstanding.

The service was very slow and not very professional but with lot of good ententions. Our room had no aero conditioning and it was on 2 flor, so if you open the door everybody can see you

An excellent hotel with the best breakfast and comfortable clean rooms. Polite hotel staff and an amazing outdoor pool. Love it and definitely come back!

Lovely place, but would recommend asking for a room facing the mountains

We loved the hotel, only downside was there was no availability for the VIP perk spa treatment as we were only there for the weekend, so I would advise other customers to book well in advance so they don’t miss out.

Stunning Switzerland sight is available from everywhere in the hotel. Nice staff, clean facilities, great foods with the view.

Very beautiful place! Nice staff, big and confortable rooms, generous breakfast and a good spa structure! The mountain view from the swimming pool is a plus! Anyway, I expected more after so many recommendations about this being one of the most luxurious hotels in Switzerland. But it didn’t spoiled the experience, we had excellent moments at The Cambrian...

The evening meal was devine and the breakfast was tasty too. And the heated outdoor pool at the spa with the mountain views, wow what an incredible experience! I was sad to only be able to stay here one night but I hope to be back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland!

Amazing hotel with wonderful features! Great spa area with heated pools. Incredible views, and an amazing restaurant apart of the hotel. Everything was perfect!

This property has a lovely view and many of the amenities you'd expect from a 4.5 star establishment. It was apparent that the building was a renovated older establishment and can use a few more quality touches and decorative accents but its wonderful location, well informed multilingual staff made it a very pleasant stay.

Good service, friendly staff. Good and spacious room

Perfect place to escape and recharge. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are amazing (I suggest opting for a room with panoramic view). Great walking trails and the hotel offered a free walking pass. The spa is amazing.
