Great location and if you can upgrade to SW room on top floor😉👊

Super SW facing views and location in Adelboden higher than many hotels allowing great vantage. Dining room quite cramped and ‘noisy’ when full so chose to eat elsewhere in the evening.

Wellness was limited. Odd Jacuzzi bath set up and steam not very hot. However garden sauna excellent if small and allowed proper cook!

Lovely views and great location.

The view from our balcony was just so beautiful that nothing else mattered. The surroundings are walkable, there is a Michelin-starred restaurant 5 minutes walking away, and a Coop supermarket in a few minutes of driving.

The parking slots are limited but that is not something in hands of the hotel. Otherwise, everything was great.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff.

The room and balcony were amazing, with great amenities such as the sauna and the hot tubs, which were well needed after hiking lake Oeschinensee. The staff were lovely, they did forgot to give us the travel tickets but upon check out realised the mistake and refunded us what we paid. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variation to give you energy throughout the day.

Not part of the hotel but getting there was difficult, especially having travel sickness for the long bus journey.

Beautiful hotel with amazing history

This was the best hotel of our 1-week stay in Switzerland. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean, excellent breakfast. Wellness was amazing. We also had dinner there, it was delicious and service was very professional. Definitely reccomend the hotel.

Friendly place

Nice hotel with charming interior design and friendly, very personal service from the owners/managers, who were always willing to help out with recommendations for walks/hikes, etc. I felt very welcome. The single room was small, but very bright, with dual aspect and a balcony, as well as a large, comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The spa lacked charm and atmosphere (despite the cute Finnish sauna in the garden). Everything in the room looked a bit basic and not very inviting, and there were no free drinks. Small bottles of water were available, but at a cost of around 6 CHF, so I always had to go to the toilet to get enough water to drink after the sauna. I'm also not a big fan of those jacuzzi tubs that require a (paid) chip to get started.

The rooms are nice and it’s close to the bus station and the shops.

Not sure „relais du silence“ is the right name. My room was above the kitchen and it was quite loud in the evening and the morning.

Location of the hotel is quite nice, breakfast is decent but really nothing special. Typically to many ski resorts, the breakfast buffet has been designed with "minimum amount of variety", probably just to cut the costs.

The spa includes two one-person whirlpools that operate with tokens. The spa area is also quite small and only suitable for 4-6 persons at the time. Needless to say, the quality of the spa cannot compete with similar hotels in Austria.

Great location, beautiful views & warm and friendly staff

The hotel is very well located, close to the Ski School, town centre and a short walk to the cable car to go up to the ski slopes. What made our stay absolutely wonderful was the warm & caring staff. Each one of them were very friendly and ensured we had a great time. The hotel restaurant is also very nice, serving a 4-course menu, with new options everyday!

Greatly quality hotel, quiet, extremely clean and close to the bus stop - the staff is extremely helpful, organised a quick dinner despite a late check in and provided good tips for the hike. I recommend!
