Great studio close to the main building for the delicious breakfast. The free pass for the lifts was a highlight

We stayed in the studio and for a family is the best option because with small children we can’t stay long in restaurants and have some fix times for naps. Studio was not far from the hotel and the breakfast was great! The free pass for all lifts in the area was a highlight and we enjoyed using all of them to explore the region.

Location couldn't be better, in the very center of the town - which comes with some minor crowd noise. The single room was really tiny but well appointed and everything works fine. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was varied and high quality.

The single room was super small, with limited space. I wish there was a small fridge.

The hotel is beautiful and with a lot of detail. The people who work there are incredibly nice and make your stay unique. We've been very well and we have felt like at home. Everything is very clean and in great detail, they think of everything. If one day I return to that beautiful area, I will surely stay in this hotel!

Hotel was a few minutes walk from hotel recommended ski hire shop. Opposite gondala lift. Clean and very friendly staff. Bathroom modern and clean and perfect suana/steamroom facility.

Much better than expected

Friendly and doing the necessary to please the guests. New sauna and Turkish bath are great after skiing. Good breakfast, available on request from 7:15. Room was quite big for a 3 star hotel, with boiler and nespresso machine.

I have always a problem with pillows in German speaking countries. Too airy for my taste. Would be happy to have another type of pillow available in the room.

Breakfast staff a little slow (nobody there for several minutes both mornings even though I was the first to breakfast). No ski room, just a corridor
