Great hotel , large , clean rooms , friendly stuff. Definitely will recommend to friends .

Loved the traditional style of the outside and the more modern, clean decor on the inside. The room was really comfortable, the best shower ever, British channels on the TV. Loved the balcony and views of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and we chose to eat nearly all our evening meals at the hotel as well. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. Beautiful, quiet location just outside the centre of town. We were given a guest card giving us free travel on all the buses and trains in the area. Also free travel on a lot of the cable cars and discount on others. Also free access to the local outdoor swimming pool which was superb. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The staff were great and incredibly attentive — they remembered our names, anticipated our needs, and went out of their way to make everything perfect. The entire place was spotlessly clean from the moment we arrived. And the views were absolutely breathtaking!
