Overall, the property requires a full renovation to meet acceptable standards.

The location is very good, situated in a quiet neighborhood while still conveniently close to shops and services that cover all daily needs. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the heating was very effective, for the size of the room, which was unexpected since there was no air conditioning.

There is additional payment, not through booking, and if you don’t pay it you can’t get inside, which is unacceptable in my opinion. The property suffers from serious humidity issues, with mold visible in many areas. This made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The accommodation is realistically suitable for a maximum of two guests, despite being advertised otherwise. In addition, the absence of an elevator makes luggage transportation difficult, which is a significant inconvenience considering the property mainly hosts tourists.

Buena comunicación con el centro pero el apartamento deja que desear.

Lo mejor puede ser la comunicación con el resto de París. Al lado tiene una boca de metro que te lleva directo al centro. También tienes justo enfrente un carrefour para comprar lo suficiente. Esto puede ser lo mejor

Pues más de lo mismo que se comenta. El baño es minúsculo, se ven tuberías y como la ducha tiene una simple cortina, lo más fácil es que se salga mucha agua fuera y están las rendijas amarillentas, da un poco de grima el servicio, la verdad. Me da pena decirlo pero no nos llevamos zapatillas de estar por casa y estábamos todo el día con las de deporte porque el ir descalzos por la casa...no nos daba confianza para nada. Por cierto, tuvimos que pagar un dinero para que nos dieran el código donde se encuentra ubicada la llave. Se supone, creo, que lo devolverían..

Spíše nedoporučuji.

Velmi malý byt, který rozhodně není určen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Maximální kapacita bytu jsou tak dva lidi. Koupelna ve strašném stavu - špinavá, plíseň na dlaždičkách, sprchový kout velikosti dětské, v koupelně se nedá normálně pohybovat ani otočit. Na fotografiích byt vypadá větší a útulný. V kuchyňce chybí vybavení. Velkou výhodou je dobrá lokalita a zastávka metra opravdu do 5 minut chůze. Hned naproti obchod a v nedalekém okolí plno kaváren a restaurací.

atención al cliente deplorable

La ubicacion

Cuando llegamos habi una gotera en el techo del salon, nos atendieron y nos dijeron que lo solucionarían . Al día siguiente nadie de la empresa contestaba los WhatsApp ni las llamadas con lo cual la gotera estuvo dos días con lo que tuvimos que marcharnos a otro sitio. Los desagües de la mini ducha también estaban atascados con pelos y basura. Ni una disculpa ni nada que se le pareciera por parte del la empresa.

Квартирка очень маленькая, грязная , без указанных условий, с проблемой канализации.
