Beautiful property with everything we needed. Short stay, rooms were lovely, with lots of room to relax.

Nothing, wished we stayed longer.

We needed a unique situation. We wanted to be close to our Irish cousins we had never met before. This location was perfect. It was an added bonus that our family is a farming family and we could stay on a working farm. We were close to the Tassagh Post Office which has stellar breakfast options. We loved the huge guard dogs!

Well equipped for us to cook our own breakfast.. Spotlessly Clean and comfortable . Only negative was there was not water for mornin shower..

Hot water for showers

The property is a lovely balance of modern and rustic, it’s super cosy in the winter. The facilities are really good, spacious rooms and a good kitchen. The living room was lovely with lots of channels on the TV, strong wifi connection even though there is no phone signal. Lovely outbuildings with some animals.

The property has 2 guard dogs that seem to live on site. Although we were all dog lovers, the dogs barked most of the night which was a little bit frustrating. The kitchen could’ve done with a few more utensils, a bin etc. Only one of the bathrooms had soap and there was no washing up liquid for the kitchen. Could do with a few more chairs in the living room for bigger groups to all sit together comfortably.
