Peaceful

I loved the sauna it was a lovely and different touch to stays like this. I absolutely loved getting up in the morning and having a cuppa overlooking the beautiful woodland area. Lovely wee welcome basket with goodies which was a brilliant touch. The tv was in a good location too and able to move out to the bed.

The noise from the other pods next to you can carry over quite a bit which isn’t ideal if the neighbours are a bit rowdy

The location was great and the cabin and was great so was the hottub.

Having the hottub emptied on you at 9 in the morning before you can use it again,and there not meant to be there till 10/10.30. Also the standard of the cleaning could be better,there was rubbish under bed and glasses were still dirty.

Galgorm prices in Garvagh

The only thing good about the place was how clean it was .

It's not private there's a pod on each side of you not even metres apart . The hottubs aren't private . You have to walk across a path to get to them . It was a warm day and we couldn't sleep the entire night because it was like staying in a sauna . No fan available. Contacted owner she said she was aware it was a warm day but didn't have any suggestions ( surely there's been more than one warm day from the opened ) Didn't use the sauna because we got up early and left after a disaster of a night . Welcome pack was two packets of small crisps and a small packet of biscoff biscuits . £252 for a night is a joke . We paid Galgorm prices in Garvagh . You walk down and entry past a Turkish barbers in the middle of a housing estate so don't expect much scenery. There is sauna facilities and that's one of the main reasons we booked . Not even two cheap bottles of water . No microwave . The place is overpriced . Contacted owner before I left this review and got no response.

Cute cabin stay

The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed. Easy instructions for self check in. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. We had a great girly night. Also a very friendly cat that enjoyed our company. Thank you

Loved the scenery, was so cosy & comfortable

How small the towels were, we ended up not using the hot tub cause it was just too cold to walk from there back to the cabin. (Not a fault of the owners) I think robes would be a good idea!

The hot tub and spa was fab, only thing was wood fire heated and by time we got there was too warm had to put a lot of cold water in before we could get in.

Was a great spot really quiet and in the middle of the Main Street but once inside you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere.

Only problem we had was that we made the hot tub to hot. Was my own fault.

The cabin was really nice but facilities could be better

The room was very clean, comfortable and warm . The cabin was very homely and cosy.

There was no warm water in the tap in the bathroom, the hot tub wasn't working , the fire was ablaze for over an hour , the surface of the water was hot but the deeper you went down it was cold and it was freezing cold at the very bottom, WiFi didn't work, sauna took over an hour to get anywhere near warm.

The lady was so helping in getting everything up and running for the hot tub and sauna. The facitilites were great. We had a great night.

The main gate when we were coming back from the shop was opened no one there. The main gate was opened the next morning again when I left with no one around staff wise or anyone infact. Just think for security and safety it shouldn't be left opened unmanned esp as we were a group of girls there.

Relaxing, lovely walkway which leads to lake, beautiful sauna and cosy atmosphere.

Gorgeous cabin, very cosy beds, really lovely and accommodating host, some tea bags and stuff left out, lovely sitting area, cosy atmosphere. Beautiful walkway beside the cabin which leads to a lake. Very peaceful. Right beside a Chinese and chippy. Sauna heated up quickly and was very relaxing. Smart TV in the cabin. Shower in the bathroom. Corner sofa also, all you need.

Hot tub took hours to heat up, then was too hot to get in to, was an acceptable temperature for a few hours or less. I’d recommend arriving promptly at 3pm or as early as possible to make the most of your stay and try preserve fire lighters/ lighter wood so you can re-light the fire for the hot tub later. Also recommend keeping the hot tub lid off when heating up the hot tub so it doesn’t get extremely hot. Burned myself a few times but we found a thick heat proof glove (in a garden which wasn’t being used) but if it was there at the start would have prevented some injuries. Highly recommend this cabin though, perfect get away it was just our first time using a hot tub like this.

Great spot, close to shop & a hotel/ restaurant. Cosy & really private. Lovely for couples or girls weekend away. Host was very helpful before & during stay.

Few touches missing. Empty shower gel bottle in the shower, only one fork for a 3 person cabin. Bed dips really badly making it a bit uncomfy. We had two cabins & only one of them had the sofa bed made out. Other sofa bed also didn’t have a sheet to make it up so wasn’t great with the leather in the heat. The cleaners came 20 mins before check out and cleaned round us which was a bit frustrating given it wasn’t 11am yet. But just a lot of small things, overall a really great place & without these it would have been closer to superb.
