The rooms were spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated. The kitchen , though a shared space was spotless and had everything you need.

I couldn't find fault with anything.

Clean and comfortable and quiet. Was a short drive to restaurants and bars

I was expecting to have tea/coffee facilities in the room which would have been nice, but saying that there was a dining area and well equipped kitchen across the corridor

Despite very attentive emails in the build-up to our stay, when we arrived we discovered someone was already occupying the room we'd been allocated. I tried calling the number given - which wasn't easy as the signal there was very weak - and got through to customer support. Thankfully we arrived before 10 pm as otherwise there would have been no-one to contact. The support desk is not on site, no idea where they are based, and they were trying to contact the owner. This took nearly 40 minutes, meanwhile my daughter (aged 10) were getting increasingly concerned we'd have nowhere to stay. Eventually the owner arrived, no appology, just blaming the booking agent for the mix-up. Eventually they realised the room the other person had booked was available so we went into there - it was not the "luxusious triple suite" we had booked but it was fine. However I slept with one eye open all night as the rooms are left open with the key inside the room, so anyone would have had access to the room before we arrived - as a lone female with a young child this does not give security or assurance. We had no idea how many keys had been on the desk and whether or not anyone had taken another. The room we were in had not been cleaned but I appreciate that we were not meant to be staying in that one.
