This house was perfect for our stay. We were visiting family and had our mothers with us, both in their eighties, so the single level and two walk in showers were great. The bathrooms look newly fitted and were good. We had everything we needed. This is a large property with plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen. Large dining table and plenty of chairs. Comfortable lounge. Generous bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels and other bathroom supplies. Outside patio area with furniture which I imagine would be nice in the summer, but not in December! In terms of location it was close to where we needed to be, with parking for 2-3 cars on the drive. There is a bus stop right outside, and it is less than a mile from Lisburn train station with direct trains to Belfast and the city airport. Hosts were just a phone call away if we needed them and provided loads of information to help us.

Some of the decor and finishing perhaps in need of a bit of a refresh, but everything clean, and everything working, so would not stop us returning.

We were at a wedding and used this as a base for our family, excellent, easy to get everywhere , warm, comfortable

No books or games or jigsaws , unless we missed them, we were very busy and the weather was great but might have been a useful resource had we been on a general family holiday

Location was great due to the proximity to the Balmoral Show as our team were staying for a build for one of the exhibition stands there. Had enough beds for a 6-man team and was comfortable for the duration. Kitchen was great for cooking and it was clean upon arrival.

The team reported that the communal areas of the house such as the living room could do with a bit of a refresh and felt a bit dated. The consensus was that they weren't quite sure if the property was worth just over £2k for a 9-night stay, but would be if the whole property was given an updated modern feel.
