The perfect place!!!

Amazing hotel, very cozy and clean rooms. The bed was big and very comfortable. There is a small self-service bar with a coffee machine in the hallway. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but minutes from the city center. There is parking meters from the hotel. Easy check-in and contact with the hotel management. I recommend and would stay there again!

Excellent boutique hotel. Staff were fantastic, and we’re happy to store our luggage when we arrived early. The honesty bar outside the rooms was really handy and you could help yourself to free tea and coffee.

Fabulous room, fabulous location. Great value.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Portofino room. Lovely room with fabulous bathroom. Lovely idea of the "friendly bar" and we did enjoy the coffee. My only comment would be to provide teaspoons. Easy to reach on the number 10 bus from the airport. Quick and easy to walk into the centre. The staff were very quick to answer any questions and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return! Thank you.

This is a lovely hotel that has great staff and is conveniently located!

This is a beautiful place that is nicely furnished. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! It was nice to have coffee/tea readily available. It was great to have an elevator available too. They have a very nice restaurant several doors down the street that has great food. It was about a 10-15 min. easy walk to Old Town so the location is great.

Lovely host and accommodations

Very clean, new and uniquely decorated(loved the ostrich bedside lamps). Quiet safe area. Host accompanying when couldn’t access email. Received complimentary public transit pass to use while there.

Really wish had own fridge in room.

Easy check in and check out. Close to bus stops. The friendly bar was convenient too!

The room was extremely warm when we arrived and the heat was on full blast even though it wasn't cold outside. The room was a little small and I wish it had another chair.

24 hours in Salzburg

Very well decorated room. The honesty bar was a lovely touch, allowing for more space in the room (tea and coffee were free). Water provided inside the room. Not essential for others but for us on our road trip the TV was smart and had access to Netflix. Good bathroom with waterfall shower and heating. The Ibiza room we booked was directly by the entrance door and honesty bar, we did not hear a thing! It was lovely and quiet. Parking: there was a parking lot down the road but we managed to get on street parking for a small fee. 15-20 minute walk from the centre, shops etc.

Comfortable, tastefully furnished in a nice quiet location. The communal tea/ coffee station was a nice touch, as was the complimentary welcome drinks. Bed was comfy but the pillows were very flat and too large. Would’ve been good to have another set of firm pillows to choose from. We had dinner at the Magazin Restaurant and it was fabulous! Very good food and wine in a lovely setting - highly recommend and it made our stay special.

Room servicing was not expected and they just re-arranged the bed I had already made and folded the used towels and moved things around. They just left the dirty cups and teapot. I would’ve preferred no servicing. Minor irritation in an otherwise lovely stay.

I didn't like how the hotel communicated with me; firstly, they always write in German, as if I am obliged to know the German language, which is strange. We arrived on a weekend, and it was difficult for us to understand how we could leave our suitcase before checking in. Online registration is inconvenient because you first need to register, then you can check in on the website, and only after that, you can access your room. It's terribly inconvenient, especially if you don't have internet or your phone is dead.

Very beautiful decoration of apartment. The room size was as big as it was good for two people. Everyday cleaning of the room. Friendly bar, where you could pay for everything you will need, also free coffee and tea. Two bottles of water in the room.

Only the cleaning should be more careful. Under the bed, we have a lot of dust.

Very nice room ideally located close to the city center but in quite area. Certainly visit the hall arranged as coffee/bar if you have the NewYork room that is located next to the private bar, it's very nice !

Nettes Hotel Mit kleinen, hübsch eingerichteten Zimmer, aber deutliche praktische und organisatorische Schwächen.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Zimmer eher klein, Waschbecken und im Bad auf alt „designed“, deshalb extrem unpraktisch mit viel zu wenig Ablageflächen. Kein Personal vorhanden (diese Info hätte ich mir vor Buchung gewünscht), umständliches Handling über online – Check in und Ausgabe der Zimmerkarte über einen per Mail zugesandten Code. Mag für junge Leute die einfachere Variante sein, ich hätte es aber lieber „klassisch“. Um das entscheiden zu können, brauche ich aber vorher die entsprechende Information.

Lage war Top, Ausstattung soweit auch, Snackbar mit Nüssen oder ähnlichem wäre wünschenswert.

Auf der Karte Stand ein falsches Zimmer, in welches wir auch noch reingekommen sind. Sehr befremdlich, sowohl für uns als auch den anderen Gästen. Zuviele verschiedene EMails, schöner wäre eine Check-In Mail mit allen Informationen.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, tolle Details. Die Friendly Bar hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist gut. Zu Fuss ca 20min bis zur Innenstadt.

Keine Info zum self Check-In. War jedoch unkompliziert. Kein privater Parkplatz zur Unterkunft. In der Nähe gibt es einen grossen Parkplatz, wo man sein Auto auch über einige Tage stehenlassen kann.

Bardzo dużo włosów na podlodze i zlewie w lazience, w łazience cały kołtun długich włosów koło kosza na smieci, az zrobilam zdjęcie. Pierwszy raz coś takiego widziałam. Do tego brak papieru toaletowego (wisiała tylko niedokończona rolka -zostało około 1/3) innych rolek nigdzie nie było. Ogółem polecam ale z własnym papierem i nie patrzeć na podłogę

Un bellissimo posto dove soggiornare a Salisburgo

La struttura è moderna e arredata con gusto. Il check-in viene effettuato online poichè non vi è la reception e in generale non vi è staff in struttura. Dopo il check-in viene inviato un codice per aprire una cassettina dove ci sono le chiavi. La camera è insonorizzata, con un’ampia finestra che dà sulla strada. Si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il parcheggio è in strada, di breve durata (con easy park) ma rinnovabile di volta in volta. C’è anche un ampio parcheggio in fondo alla via, che costa circa 16€ al giorno. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliera non è automatico ma bisogna mettere l’apposito cartello (che si trova in stanza) sulla maniglia esterna della porta. C’è un friendly bar in cui ci sono drink e snack da prendere, a pagamento. Mentre i caffè e i tè sono gratuiti. In bagno sono presenti bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo nonchè il sapone per le mani. Il letto è comodo grazie alla presenza del topper.

Gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung , die Zimmer, die Matratze und das nette Café um die Ecke… Leider ohne Frühstück!

Leider gab es kein Frühstück… Und die kleine Kaffeeküche hatte nicht genügend Kaffee, und es mangelte an Wasser und Versorgung (frische Tassen, Müllentsorgung mangelhaft…).. alles andere war super!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder

Alles war ganz hervorragend. Wir waren im Zimmer Ibiza, das sehr geschmackvoll und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet ist. Alles war blitzsauber. Das Bett war super bequem und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Außerdem steht eine kleine Bar zur Selbstbedienung zur Verfügung in der man Getränke und kleine Snacks kaufen kann

Etwas Besonderes - muss man erlebt haben.

Die Zimmer sind extrem geschmackvoll eingerichtet - mit allem, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Bei Fragen steht das freundliche Personal nebenan im Restaurant zur Seite. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit, Essen & Trinken zu kosten - beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir länger!
