Convenient but beds were a major issue.

Bus service was good.

Mattresses were awful! Could hardly get out of bed or turn around on the broken down foam. The bathroom shower in the tub didn't have a full shower door so there was water all over the floor when we got done. Didn’t eat breakfast …too expensive … 19 euro!

The location was fantastic, very close to the city but still quiet, providing a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility.

The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, the bed sheets hadn’t been changed and looked unclean, which was disappointing.

A short pleasant stay in unique city.

Not renovated but comfortable hotel. Two bathrooms in apartment and big terrace. Bathtub and well equipped bathroom. Perfect for one or two nights

Rubbish, dirty, noisy with unhelpful staff

Great location

Staff were unhelpful like it was too much trouble, room was hot and noisy in order to get air you had to open the window which added to the noise Very cramped one bed just rammed against a radiator, no plug so couldn't use the bath and the carpets were dirty inside and stained on the hallway outside. Overall very disappointing considering other hotels ive used through booking.com.If these are the standards you are now accepting then i will look to use other sites possibly for the bookings I have already made in August

Good location, walking distance to major attractions and old town. Staff was friendly upon check-in.

The Express option is across the street from the main hotel. The hotel is quite dated with carpeting reminiscent of an old school budget casino hotel room. Dated is fine, but there were dead bugs squished on the wall, the shower was not in good working order, the "blackout" curtain didn't cover the whole window, so not very effective. The place could use a good clean and some maintenance.

Perfect if transiting from ferry to airport

Good location, close to ferry terminal. If you come into Athens via ferry it’s very convenient, plus next morning we were going to the airport which is also very easy via the closeness to train direct to airport.

As soon as I entered our room, I was not impressed and complained to my spouse about booking it.

The location was walking distance to the sights we were interested in.

The place appeared unmaintained. Whole building especially our bed room had over powering smell of baby powder or something that we had to keep our bedroom windows open the whole time to air it out. The curtain rod was coming off the wall and AC was not working.

Location was great, Room was basic which was fine, we weren’t expecting anything flash.

The afternoon reception staff could have been a little nicer or acted as if he were happy to help when we were in need of assistance. Gave us the impression a lot of the time that we were an inconvenience, especially when it came to his personal phone calls.

Get what you paid for...it did what we needed it to do.

Location. Balcony view. Shocking 2 bathroom hotel room (never had that before). Folded towel swan was a nice touch.

My cousin also stayed (different room) and left promptly due to trash being under their bed. Dated and could have been cleaner. Room photos were a hair deceptive online as it clearly was for display.

Superb Stay in Salzburg !

A truly fabulous stay - 12 out of 10 indeed !! A HUGE thanks to Carmen and Axel, as they made the stay super hospitable, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection was excellent and the WiFi was great, worked well. Also the Neutor Hotel location is wonderful, only a 20m walk and you are at the tram/bus stop (for both directions). The rooms were cleaned every morning and we will stay at this hotel again for sure for Salzburg.

Excellent location. Our room was not facing Neutorstrasse and was very quiet. The desk staff was exceptionally helpful and put in a great deal of time helping me track my missing luggage.
