This Bali resort located in Ubud exceeded every expectation from the moment we arrived. .The villas was spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully appointed with every comfort. We opted for a Villa with private pool. Dining was exceptional and the spa treatments were truly world-class. But what made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff, especially Wayan. His warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel like family rather than guests. He remembered our names, preferences, and even the small details we mentioned. He engaged with out little one playfully. Wayan embodies the very best of Balinese hospitality and elevated our entire experience. Highest possible recommendation — a resort and a team that will stay in our hearts for years to come.

Lots of insects! Maintenance is poor, the villa needs some work and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The breakfast was not good.

Great place with great staff. We liked staying in this villa so much that we extended our stay there☺️ Silence, beautiful views and very clean rooms. Separately, I would like to thank Wayan, who responded responsively to all our requests and wishes. And when we left, we were given traditional Baltic clothes.

Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento ha sido simplemente maravillosa. El entorno es precioso, con una piscina muy cuidada y unas vistas al arrozal que transmiten una paz increíble, perfectas para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Además, queremos destacar especialmente el trato del personal. Desde el primer momento fueron muy amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Como detalle final, tuvieron la gentileza de darnos un obsequio al despedirnos, lo cual fue un gesto muy bonito que puso el broche de oro a una experiencia ya de por sí fantástica. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable al que nos encantaría volver.
